‘Waste of time’: Rahul, MPs walk out of defence panel meet

Congress MP Rahul Gandhi and his party colleagues walked out of the parliamentary standing committee on defence on Wednesday on the ground that panel chair Jual Oram did not allow him to speak during a discussion on the rank structure, uniforms, stars and badges of the defence forces.
